spent wayyy too long in the kitchen today preparing 2 king crabs:
- mincing garlic
- melting butter
- chopping up cilantro & parsley
- prying open the shell & taking out the gills
- cracking the legs & chopping up the body into pieces
- smothering on the butter/garlic/herbs & squeezing lemons
- baking & waiting impatiently for 30 minutes
sounds brutal, tastes fantastic.
